straight ally fan fiction

I'm a huge fan of liberal allies but I realized that I wasn't really sure what their lives were like so I made a short spoken word piece about their lives and experiences to raise awareness of and to celebrate maybe the most misunderstood yet important part of the queer community. This spoken word piece is a deeply human exploration of the tragedy and difficulty of being an ally. I'm hoping that this story will resonate with anyone who hasn't ever really completely fit in whether you're gay, straight, or anyone that's just plain different.
